Yes. With capsy you can start selling as an individual – you don’t have to register a company just to test your idea.

How this works legally depends on your country:

• In many countries you can report your income as an individual on your annual tax return.
• If you are based in Poland, you can use działalność nierejestrowana (unregistered business) up to a certain monthly revenue limit.

Stripe setup: During onboarding choose Sole Proprietor or equivalent as your Business type.

No. You don’t need a separate website to start selling with capsy. Once you add a product, you instantly get a ready-to-use sales page and a unique link you can share with your audience.

You can also use the built-in link-in-bio page — one public profile where all your products are listed under a single link.

With capsy you can quickly launch different types of digital products and services. Creators most often sell:

• E-books and guides (PDF)
• Courses and webinars (video materials or access links)
• 1:1 consultations and group trainings
• Digital products: templates, checklists, graphics, audio files, file bundles (ZIP)
• Vouchers / tickets

You pay only when you sell – there are no fixed monthly fees.

There are no fixed monthly fees for using capsy. You pay only when you make a sale. We charge a small platform fee per successful transaction. On top of that, there is a standard processing fee from Stripe – our payment provider.

Payouts are handled automatically via Stripe. In most cases, funds are transferred to your bank account within a few days, depending on your country and Stripe’s payout schedule.

You can always check the exact payout date in your Stripe dashboard in the Balances section.

Yes. You can connect capsy with external invoicing tools (such as popular billing systems in your country) and automate invoice issuing for your clients.

To generate an invoice, your customer needs to provide the required billing data (for example a tax ID number, if applicable in your jurisdiction).

No long-term contract is required to use capsy. You simply create an account and accept the Terms of Service to start selling.

You can close your account at any time if you decide to stop using the platform.

Each product in capsy has its own unique link you can share with your audience. You decide where to promote it — on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, via newsletter, SMS or any other channel.

If you offer multiple products, you can configure your public bio page and choose which products should be visible there. This gives your customers one simple link to access your whole offer.

Yes. You can create a free product in capsy and share the link with your audience. People who want to access your lead magnet (for example a sample chapter of your e-book or a checklist) can download it in exchange for their email address.

This way you grow your own email list. You can export the list of collected emails from your capsy dashboard at any time.
