capsy Affiliate Program Terms

Rules for joining the affiliate program, earning commission, and properly disclosing referrals and affiliate links.

1. Definitions

The capsy affiliate program allows capsy dashboard users to refer capsy using an individual affiliate link and receive commission from selected payments made by customers acquired through that link.

  • capsy means the operator of the service available at capsy.io.
  • Affiliate means a user who activated the affiliate program in the dashboard.
  • Referred Customer means a person or entity that registered an account after visiting capsy through an Affiliate link.
  • capsy fee means the fee or margin due to capsy from a transaction or plan of a Referred Customer, excluding seller proceeds, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and payment operator fees.

2. Joining the program

Participation is voluntary. An Affiliate joins the program by clicking the activation button in the dashboard and accepting these terms. capsy may refuse, pause, or terminate participation if an Affiliate breaches these terms, applicable law, or fair marketing practices.

An affiliate link may be tracked for analytics before program activation, but commission starts accruing only after the Affiliate activates the program.

3. Commission rules

The standard commission is 25% of the capsy fee for the first 12 months after a successful referral of a Referred Customer, then 10% lifetime for active, paid use of capsy by that Referred Customer.

Commission applies only to payments that were actually paid and not refunded. Commission does not apply to test, cancelled, refunded, disputed, charged back, or abusive transactions.

4. Settlement and payouts

Commissions are marked as pending and are subject to verification before payout. Commission payouts are processed after sales are verified and any refunds, cancellations, or disputes are reviewed. capsy may ask the Affiliate for data required for settlement, including tax details, an invoice, or other payout information where required.

The Affiliate is responsible for their own tax and accounting obligations related to receiving commission. capsy does not provide tax or legal advice.

5. Program availability and liability

The affiliate program is an additional capsy feature and does not guarantee the Affiliate any ongoing source of income. capsy does not guarantee any minimum number of clicks, registrations, customers, transactions, or future commission amounts.

capsy may modify, limit, suspend, or terminate the affiliate program, and may also disable or discontinue the capsy service, in particular for technical, security, legal, business, organizational, or economic reasons. In that case, affiliate links may stop working and future commission will not accrue for events occurring after the program or service ends.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, capsy is not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, loss of ability to continue promoting affiliate links, expiry of affiliate links, or any other indirect damages arising from any modification, suspension, or termination of the affiliate program or discontinuation of the capsy service. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory applicable law.

Termination of the program or service does not remove the Affiliate’s right to receive commissions that were properly accrued, approved, and eligible for payout before the termination date under these terms, unless such commissions relate to abuse, refunded, disputed, cancelled, or charged back transactions.

6. Promotion, affiliate links, and ad disclosures

Affiliates must promote capsy honestly, without misleading claims, and in compliance with applicable law. If a publication includes an affiliate link or the Affiliate may receive a material benefit from the referral, the Affiliate should disclose the commercial or advertising nature of that material clearly to the audience.

In Poland, Affiliates should take into account UOKiK recommendations on advertising disclosures by influencers. Examples include “advertising material”, “commercial cooperation”, “affiliate link”, or another clear disclosure appropriate for the channel.

7. Prohibited actions

The Affiliate must not:

  • make false promises about capsy, earnings, or platform features,
  • impersonate capsy, capsy employees, or official capsy channels,
  • use spam, automated registrations, fake traffic, or paid clicks without capsy’s consent,
  • register their own accounts through their own affiliate link to obtain commission,
  • perform activities that infringe third-party rights, advertising platform rules, or fair practices.

8. Changes to terms and termination

capsy may update these program terms for important reasons, including legal, technical, business, or security changes. Affiliates will be notified of material changes in the dashboard or by e-mail.

An Affiliate may leave the program by contacting capsy. capsy may suspend or terminate participation if the Affiliate breaches these terms or generates traffic or registrations unfairly.
